• Our Error: We provide reverse pickup if we sent the wrong size or a damaged product.
• Customer Error: If you choose the wrong size, you must pay for return shipping.

• Requirements: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all labels and tags intact.
• Original Packaging: Must be returned in the original packaging.
• Parcel Details: You must include your Name, Address, Phone, Email, Order ID, and the New Size needed on the parcel.
