We follow an exchange-first policy to ensure you receive the right product. Exchanges are accepted only in case of damaged, incorrect, or tampered deliveries.

Do I need proof for exchange?
Yes, an unboxing video (start to finish, without cuts) is mandatory to process any request.
Can I return a product if I don't like it?
We recommend reviewing product images, videos, and details carefully before placing your order, as exchanges for personal preference are not applicable.
What happens after my request is approved?
Once verified:
  • A replacement will be arranged at no extra cost
  • If the product is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued
How long does it take to process an exchange or refund?
  • Approval: within 24–48 hours
  • Replacement dispatch: 2–4 working days
  • Refund (if applicable): 3–5 working days
How will I receive my refund?

How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours. Delivery typically takes:
  • Metro cities: 2–4 days
  • Other locations: 3–6 days
Is delivery date fixed?
Delivery timelines are tentative and depend on courier operations. Delays may occur due to factors like location, customer availability, or logistics.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes — we offer 2-hour delivery in Delhi NCR for selected products. Orders must be placed before 12 PM via WhatsApp.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
The courier partner will usually attempt re-delivery. You may also be contacted to reschedule.
